Updates about the next period of the EEA and Norway Grants 2021-2028

The EEA and Norway Grants are available in periods of seven years. As the period 2014-2021 is finalising with great results, Innovation Norway is preparing for the next one – 2021-2028.

We know that the EEA and Norway Grants will make funding available to Norwegian businesses in projects on green industry, green innovation, blue innovation, digitalisation and energy. Innovation Norway’s role in the programmes –and the opportunities for Norwegian businesses - is, however, reliant on the agreement between Norway and each of the beneficiary countries.

The role of Innovation Norway

Innovation Norway has been selected as Fund Operator in Bulgaria, and as Donor Programme Partner in Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Latvia and Estonia. We are currently working on developing the business and innovation programmes with our Bulgarian, Croatian, Estonian, Latvian, Polish and Portuguese partners.
